My Shroom burger was delicious, the restaurant was spotless, but what affected me most was the kindness and helpful attitudes of the staff - Samuel and Corey in particular. Efficient operation, quick service, and pleasant surroundings.
The best things they have are the chicken sandwich & the cheese fries. They were solid, they lemonade was also good. The burger was pretty good, but it can’t compare to nnout.. just have to be honest. & the ranch was pretty nasty.
Quick ordering and fast service. Food is more pricey than other places, but overall is worth the price. I always get the shroom burger since it is unique and love the cheese! Update 13-JUL-2023: Besides ordering at the counter there are also self serve kiosks. The irony is the self serve kiosks were all full so I was able to order quickly at the counter. Food comes out quick and wait staff come by often to ask if you want drink refills or clear trash. Overall still good food and service.
Ate at a few places, Singapore, Malaysia... This was was better than the ones in Asia. Had the black truffle shroom burger and fries that was great, Also had the custard black and white frozen cup... was pretty good. Not bad but a bit pricey. Tables were clean and food came out in a timely manner.
Shake shack has amazing food! I’ve eaten at the New York locations and San Diego doesn’t disappoint. Try the smoke shack burger- it has a little bit of kick to it! The shakes are yummy. Skip the fries. You won’t have room!
This was my second time in shake shack, first time was pre COVID in la. What an amazing experience. Gentleman in charge, Andrew, was super helpful, I breezed through the order, and got my food. Shack stack was amazing, beer was great, fried - I think animal style in-n-out has better fries. Overall - super amazing experience.
Glad to have on in San Diego now, usually order Shake Stack and fries. We did try some desserts and they were fantastic. The line was out the door, but turn around once you have placed your order is pretty quick.
This visit today was no different than any other visit I have had at this location every time my family and I come here. It was such an excellent experience!! The place is so clean. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Today my daughter and I dined in and I had mistakenly ordered my burger without a gluten-free bun and they were so kind and just immediately made me one with a gluten-free bun and brought it to our table. I didn’t have to leave the table and I sat with my daughter. I was also given a free refill with my root beer and I didn’t even have to go up and ask for the refill. They did that for me from my table. Ron was such a helpful person today as were two other employees, but I did not catch their names. Again every time we have visited this location they give us top-tier service and it is a wonderful location to eat at. We will keep coming back. Thank you!
